What counts as a registered agent?
Each MCP server you connect through the flowifai CLI registers once, by name, in your workspace — that registration is the billing unit. The count is per workspace, not per machine or per call: re-connecting or updating an existing agent never consumes a new slot, and approvals are unlimited on every plan.
What happens at the 3rd agent on Free?
Registering a third agent is blocked with a clear "agent limit reached" message — nothing else changes. Your two existing agents keep gating and approving calls exactly as before. Upgrade to Pro, or remove an agent you no longer use, and the registration goes through.
What happens when I cancel or downgrade?
Cancel from the Stripe-hosted billing portal and your workspace returns to the Free plan. Registered agents keep working — you just can't register beyond the Free limit of 2 until you're back under it, and audit history reverts to the 30-day window.
