These are plain-language launch terms. If you need signed terms, procurement language, or a data-processing addendum, contact the team before using production workflows.
These terms take effect when you first use flowifai. Operator: Last Ridge LLC, doing business as flowifai, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Use flowifai responsibly
You are responsible for the MCP servers, credentials, policies, approval decisions, agents, and downstream services you connect to flowifai. Configure policies carefully and test new workflows before relying on them for high-impact production actions.
Approval layer, not a sandbox
flowifai gates cooperative MCP tool paths routed through the wrapper and broker. It is not a VM sandbox, EDR product, firewall, or guarantee that an agent cannot act through another path. Direct API keys, shell access, or ungated tools remain outside flowifai control.
Plans and billing
The public pricing page controls current self-serve plan presentation. Paid plans are billed through Stripe-hosted subscription management. Prices are listed in USD and may change for future billing periods or new customers.
Data in approval workflows
Tool metadata, schemas, arguments, execution results, approvals, denials, setup events, and audit metadata can be stored by the backend. Do not send data through flowifai that your organization is not prepared to have in approval and audit records.
Availability and changes
flowifai is early production software. Features, limits, and docs can change as the product matures. The team aims to keep the service useful and predictable, but you should maintain your own fallback path for critical workflows.
Updates to these terms
The effective date above identifies the public version of these launch terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page. A signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this public page.
